What we collect

When you send the order form, we keep what you typed in it: your name, email address, the book's title, author name and link, the options you chose and any note. We also record the date, the currency shown to you and the country your connection came from.

The site sets one cookie, cur, only if you switch currency, to remember your choice. There's no analytics, advertising or tracking cookie.

Why

We use your details to reply to your request and, if we go ahead, to make and invoice your edition. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Who else sees it

The site runs on Cloudflare, which stores the form data for us. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

If we don't go ahead, we delete your request within 12 months. If we do, we keep it with our business records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing info@tldre.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
